Parking Enforcement and Penalty Charge Notices
From 16th July Harborough District Council, along with all the other Leicestershire Councils, will be responsible for parking enforcement rather than the police. Parking restrictions will not change but teams of parking attendants will issue tickets to drivers who park incorrectly or without consideration for others. (check the web site for details)

Recycling Bins
This is the current information regarding the recycling bins in the Village.
Frequencies for the emptying of the recycling sites across the district:
All materials are collected on a rota basis but are monitored, therefore, if the banks require emptying before the scheduled time they are emptied sooner when possible.
Can banks are emptied on a monthly basis.
Glass banks are emptied on a fortnightly basis.
Paper banks are emptied on a fortnightly basis.
Plastic banks are emptied on a Monday and a Saturday.
The paper bank and the additional plastic bank were delivered on Thursday.
We have been asked to find additional sites for more bins.
